2026 Product Warranty

Effective on true 2026 models produced after 10/1/2025

Limited Warranty applies to all Qwest pontoon boats sold within the United States and Canada 

Structural Warranty 

Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided for the original retail purchaser. Pontoon boat must be warranty registered within 30 days of the date of purchase. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to pontoon tubes, crossmembers, decking, motor mount, and fence rail to ensure components remain free from defects. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only during their lifetime.

Bow-to-Stern Warranty
For boats manufactured in 2026 Model Year and later, we offer a 6-Year Warranty on factory-installed components, including: 

  • Electrical systems
  • Livewells and plumbing
  • Vinyl and upholstery
  • Furniture
  • Bimini tops
 

Engine Warranty
The engine is covered separately by the engine manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to their policy for details. 

Transferability 

  • The Structural Warranty is transferable one time within six (6) years from the original date of purchase and is limited to a maximum duration of six (6) years from the original date of purchase. 
  • The Bow-to-Stern Warranty is transferable one time within the first three (3) years, covering the remaining balance of that period (three years from the original date of purchase).
  • Transfer requires proof of purchase, inspection by an authorized Qwest dealer, and transfer form submission to our Customer Service team.
  • Any unexpired warranty periods do not automatically extend to a second owner.
  • Qwest reserves the right to reject any warranty transfer request for a boat that has been damaged, neglected, or is otherwise ineligible for warranty coverage.
 

Exclusions 

This warranty does not cover: 

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Issues due to improper maintenance or storage
  • Use of non-genuine parts or unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
  • Environmental damage (e.g., storms), unless specified otherwise
  • Galvanic corrosion / Electrolysis

Conditions for Warranty

To keep the warranty valid, owners must: 

  • Follow Qwest’s recommended maintenance schedule
  • Use genuine Qwest parts and accessories
  • Have repairs performed by authorized dealers
  • Retain proof of purchase and maintenance records

 

Claim Process 

To file a claim: 

  1. Contact an authorized Qwest dealer.
  2. Provide:
  • Proof of purchase
  • Issue description
  • Maintenance records
  1. The dealer will inspect and, if covered, repair or replace at no cost (labor charges may apply for certain components after initial periods).
  2. Structural claims may require additional documentation.

 

Limitations and Disclaimers 

  • This warranty is provided “as is,” with no implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Qwest is not liable for incidental or consequential damage.
  • Legal rights may vary by state.
  • Terms may differ by model or region; check your boat’s documentation.
